ugh..note to self:

It's not an especially wise decision to attempt trying sorcery right after three hours of physical training and sparing, even after a fifteen minute break. Doing so not only will result in expected soreness, but also headaches, malaise and feeling chilled to the bone.

On another note, I don't care what dad says about yuppies and their coffee...I love those flavored drinks at the coffee shop. Caffeine, sugar, and it's hot-what more could you want-they also keep the fainting headaches away.
