I have absolutely no frame of reference on being a parent, but I think if you actually care about your child, you'll be a better father than some.

... yeah, that will never happen. We've tried really hard to get them to come about at all! The kids, that is. It took us a while to make them.

Really. You're from here? I haven't met anyone who is yet. A mate of mine, and my boyfriend, are from a place similar to this, but it isn't quite the same. I don't think they had mages in their world, for one.

Yup, my mom just had me a couple of years ago. So there's the me that's the right age running around, and there's me, who isn't in the right time, but having sex and making kids anyway!

I'm not a mage, I just know a few of them. And now apparently I know another one. Out of curiosity, are you gay or bisexual? I only know one mage who likes the company of their opposite sex exclusively. But I don't know if that's my choice of friends or a mage ... thing.
