Okay, those of you who have bets out on if I'll ever get engaged, you can cash in or pay up now. Yesterday, I proposed and Gaz said yes.
Speaking of bets, if Miniver doesn't have white hair at any point this month, until the sixteenth of October, he owes me 10k. Keep an eye out.

but the important news here is the engagement thing. We don't know when the wedding will be, or any of the important details.

Oh. And Torii and Toki already know, but the baby me is here now. We're still not quite sure what to do with him, but for now, I'm taking care of him while I decide whether or not I want to do that full time, or if I should let him follow my footsteps. It's not fair that I get to choose my own path, but well, I guess that just sucks for the rest of you who couldn't.

Brensister, you might want to extra-babyproof everything. I'm going to come over with him for some tips on taking care of creatures that aren't quite mobile.

	Lucky for us we don't have a Stitch here, but we do have a Nathan and he might do it just for fun. But mostly it's the keeping them entertained and growing mentally thing. I think I've got the diaper and food thing down. I read a book on it earlier, so I think I might know what to do. Not sure though. So uh, how do you do that keeping them busy thing? 	Well, bright colors are good, and patterns, and noises. I mean, Cass' favorite toy for ... well, until he learned to grip things to just recently, was a sparkly gel dog ball with a jingly bell in it.
