My riding habit is gone. I woke up on the ground missing vital pieces of my wardrobe. I'm in a cottage I don't recognize, working a contraption with more buttons than most of my dresses.

I demand an explanation.

Well... sorta. Some are just fantasy things or some such to entertain. Kinda like... like a play but made so it can be on a small screen to enjoy in a house. They come out bigger in a theater first.
