I want you to take thirty seconds to simply breathe, and focus on your breathing. You need to calm down before the logic of this is going to make any sense to you.

Just because a man who looks like him is here does not mean you are going to be eaten. No one is going to hurt you. He is not here. So while I know this man's face brings back memories, you need to focus on the fact that it is not him.
