	Well, her father is a rather well-known Egyptologist, and he named her after Hatshepsut, so it was convenient, being able to find a ready-made cartouche! I've got, uh, a few. Some places they hurt more than others, and mostly it depends on your pain tolerance. I've seen people who freak out just because of the buzzing and get themselves worked up so they think it hurts more than it does, mostly it just itches a little, aches afterwards.

The only one of mine that was more than an itch was the newest ones on my wrists and ankles, but those were done way oldstyle, hollow quills and deep-dyed thread, modern tattoos don't hurt unless you've got a hair-trigger pain sense.
