Subject: A time to bond
Where: The Mountford-Miles' Home
Who: Abigail Mountford-Miles
Warnings: Some sibling snuggling is about the worst of it. Well. One kiss.
Open to: Eward Mountford-Miles
Abigail bit her lower lip as she looked through her wardrobe. Oh, she just couldn't decide what to wear! It wasn't any special occasion, but she did want to feel pretty today. Humming softly to herself, she walked the length of the wardrobe, trying to pick out a dress. Her gaze finally settled on a lavender dress that she hadn't worn in a while, and she soon dressed. She had no plans, so there was no reason to do much with her hair; she left it hanging down around her shoulder in waves. She was quiet for a moment, trying to figure out just what her siblings were doing. Edith was quiet for once-- or perhaps she was out of the house. Ah, well. She wasn't looking for her at the moment anyways.
A little bored, Abigail left her room and made her way toward Eward's study. Perhaps she'd find him in there! The door was cracked open, and she peeked inside. He was seated, his back to the door, and she couldn't quite tell what he was doing. There didn't seem to be anybody else with him, so she slipped inside, padding lightly across the room. Her hands moved to his shoulders, then slid down to his chest as she leaned down to hug him from behind, pressing a kiss to his cheek. "Hello, love," she said, cheerfully. "By any chance, do you have a few minutes for your favorite sister?"
She was teasing, of course. She knew better than to make him pick one or the other as his favorite, though she liked to insist that she were. It didn't really matter, either way. She stayed as she was, arms around him as she awaited his response.
