Who: Jonah and Celia
When: Sunday Afternoon
Where: Jonah's apartment
What: Cissy just can't seem to stay out of the staff building today.
After signing off and sending a few emails to Frankie and Vinnie, Cissy put on her coat and her winter boots yet again and headed out into the cold. The snow wasn't letting up any so again it was the tunnels for her which really sort of creeped her out. But it was better than getting soaked like she always did in the snow. It usually melted on her because of the whole fire mage thing and then sometimes it would freeze back over and... Well it was just a mess and one she'd rather avoid, and did, by walking through those creepy ass tunnels.
Cissy had told Jonah fifteen but it had taken her twenty before she arrived at the door and knocked, shoving her hands down in her pockets and waiting. It was funny how just yesterday when she had made this trip, she had been so terrified, had felt so horrible and awkward, and today she felt like nothing had changed, like she was right back where she had been all those weeks ago when she had made this trip at least every other day to see him. The only difference between then and now was that now she was much more excited. Before, there had been all this uncertainty, all these questions without answers, and now... Well this was where she was supposed to be, where she wanted to be, and she didn't have to question that because she already had and this was the answer.
When the door to the apartment opened, a smile immediately found her lips, her face practically glowing, like it did with pregnant women, as well as from the flush to her cheeks left by the cold. "Hey handsome." She said softly, and then smiled even more. He really was handsome. He had the most beautiful smile, which she hoped to see today, at least once, but hopefully more than that, and she loved the unshaven line of his jaw. There was also the color of his eyes and the way they crinkled at the corners when he grinned, and the sound of his voice, the width of his shoulders, his height, and pretty much everything else.
