Who: Justin Anderson, Cassie MacMahon, Kimberly Sommers and later Shane Savage
What: Jo Harvelle, Sam Winchester and Adam Milligan all walk into a bar...
When: Monday, March 21 2011
Where: Harvelle's Roadhouse in Nebraska
Warnings: Chicken shitting, hilarity and demons. Tracy and I can't take anything seriously.
Jo had been hounding at Justin for months now to go find her mother's bar. He'd been doing his best to ignore her up until now because more then anything, he really didn't want to get involved in any of this. But the more time he spent with Cassie and Lillie, and the more time he spent with Jo in his head, the more he knew that not getting involved just wasn't an option. Even if they all tried to stay away from it, it was already pretty clear that there were other people from their source that were intent on not letting them forget it. Not very good people in Jo's book, or Justin's either. It was making them increasingly uneasy as time went on. Some time soon he and Cassie were going to have to acquire some better self defense skills then pouring salt under the doors and windows.
Going out to find Harvelle's Roadhouse was a small step for Justin on the grand scale of things. He was taking an interest at least, but he knew there was more to this then just nostalgia. At least for Jo. Jo was still holding out hope that she could find her mom, but he didn't tell Cassie or Kim that. As far as they knew, this was just a spur of the moment trip that they'd probably get some free beer out of. He'd wished Lillie could have come along too but her shift wasn't over until the evening and if he waited one more minute Jo was going to find a way to kick him in the head, so once Cassie got back from work they gathered some supplies, met up with Kim and set off. First stop? The MTN. It only seemed logical that the first place they'd check for Harvelle's was Nebraska, where it had originally been.
