WHO: All Agency staff and any reincarnates who want to come
WHAT: AGENCY HALLOWEEN PARTY
WHERE: Agency HQ, London
WHEN: Thursday night, October 31st 2013
WARNINGS: It's an Agency party. Expect everything.
Andrew loved Halloween. In all honesty, he loved all holidays--even the minor ones--because they usually led to some kind of celebration and use of creativity. What kept his muses happy kept Apollo happy, and as long as the celebrating didn't keep him from raising and setting the sun everyday, it was a good day for the god. Things weren't quite patched up with the world governments following the unveiling of the reincarnate world, but Andrew more than anybody knew that they couldn't stop living their lives while they waited for everything to be smoothed out. He'd personally lived through the tides of many tumultuous times; history, unfortunately, was a dvd on constant replay.
It was partially why he'd insisted they continue with the Agency's tradition of Halloween festivities. It didn't take much convincing; Andrew had a remarkable staffing crew, and they--for the most part--seemed to recognize the need for fun. They'd all come together to decorate the Agency in delightfully festive decorations of the orange and black varieties. Spider's hung from doorways, fake webs graced corners and draped across the ceilings, skeletons stuck to the walls ghoulishly inviting. Offices, mercifully, were all locked, the main hall decorated and roped off as the official 'party central'. As always, music pumped through the loudspeakers (picked by the younger staff of course), and food and drink lined tables (enchanted to automatically keep refilling, you're welcome).
Now it was time for the festivities to begin. The director of the Agencvy grabbed an apple out of the apple-bobbing barrel and took a bite from it as he watched the doors expectantly.
