I would like to remind everyone that we do not award initiative. This was not what I asked of any of you, and such reckless abandon may cause ill will. Now, each and every one of you is responsible for mitigating the fall out. I expect to hear some creative solutions.

	It's an interesting point. Those who cannot handle discipline have for the most part been purged or failed already. If there is someone misappropriating the Mark, that person needs to be found and dealt with.
