Who: EVERYONE? Basically anyone that can legit find a reason to be at this party!
What: Thanks to Abigail it's become common knowledge that Lydia has the apartment to herself until Saturday, so it's party time at the Apostolos place! Tons of people get invited and it may swing a little out of control when some gods begin to arrive with their vessels!
Where: The Apostolos Apartment above the Antique Shop and Showroom.
When Friday at eight!

Everything had to be perfect, so that meant cleaning not only her stupid room but Phil's and her mother's master bedroom too. She left the stupid temple room for last and just before she got picked up to do shopping with Abigail she said, "fuck it!" and just hoped no one would go in if she told them not to. As much as she didn't give a shit about the offerings to Apollo she did give a shit about her mother's wrath at a wrecked altar. It was important to her, blasphemous to remove anything until Corrine did the proper rituals. God she hoped drunk ass fools wouldn't wreck shop there!

Hours later (and after WAY to many trips into fitting rooms for someone like Lydia) she was hosting her first legit Manhattan party. It wasn't swank (hell, it wasn't a loft or studio, but three bedrooms was pretty big regardless) and she was sure there were more hoppin' places to go that night but at least she would have her girls and Oliver. Those were the only people she cared about.

And then everyone and their moms showed up. Christ, she was just thankful that someone had the bright idea to invest in food as well as alcohol. There were bowls of chips and dip on a table in the middle of the living room and in the fridge was so much beer she didn't even think there was room for any actual food in the damn thing! She had purchased a couple bottles of liquor for shots and kept them in the freezer and someone thought to bring even more so there was no end to the possibilities of how fucked up they could get. On her television through her brother's x-box live she brought up Zune that was playing through some pretty good music, a playlist of things she, Abigail, and Lori all liked.

This was either going to be stupidly epic or an epic fail or maybe? Maybe both.

Sam was perched on the arm of a sofa, in casual conversation with someone he hadn't met before. It was the kind of conversation that was actually kind of boring, and yet left no obvious route of escape. Apollo kept urging him to just give the whole thing up and snap out some sharp, vaguely obnoxious comment that would allow him to swan off, but Sam was more polite than his inner God and kept refusing, Actually, all Apollo wanted to go was head into that office room and gloat over his shrine again, and that fact that his vessel was being all polite wasn't exactly pleasing him.

Sam glanced over the boring strangers shoulder, taking a sip from his bottle of beer as he did so. There was someone stood looking in his general direction, and the young Doctor saw an opportunity for escape. Tilting his head a little, he caught the other figures eye - they may have seen a flash of something as Apollo once again pushed for control - and tried to communicate 'save me' with his eyes, at the same time offering the talker a polite smile.

"Hey, what's up doc?"

Ha ha ha! She giggled at her stupid joke as she approached him, eyes glancing to whoever he was talking to with a large smile.

"I'm steaaaaling him, uhm, doctor's orders, ha ha," she grabbed at his hand and pulled at him to have him follow her toward the hall where people weren't so thickly congregated. Lydia turned to face him, shoulders falling against a wall at the lip of the hall where it was dimmer.

"I saw that look, were they that boring?"

"Uh... Sorry!" Sam managed before his hand was grabbed and he was being pulled away by Lydia, dragged off down the hallway and away from the crowded main room. He smiled and slumped against the wall beside her.

"Well, I now know more about the New York Subway system than I ever needed to," he offered diplomatically. Sam grinned and let his blonde head roll back against the wall, taking another gulp from his bottle. He was actually pretty glad to be saved. He usually didn't mind talking to people about rubbish all day, but it was his night off. He was off-duty and should only have to talk to people he wanted to. Such as Lydia.

"It's a good party," he told her, turning his head so he could look down on her. "And no sign of an insect invasion. Always a plus."

"You think? I don't know most of the people here buuut Abigail," she leaned out of the hallway to point in Abigail's direction.

"She and Lori are my friends who tend to know everyone some how and then I know everyone through them. They're like, ultra babes so no doubt they know everyone," she commented dryly, not incredibly jealous just stating the facts. She turned her blue eyes back to him and laughed.

"Yes! No bugs! Thank the gods!"

"I seeee," Sam nodded, following her pointing finger to the blonde she was gesturing to. "Well, I don't know Lori and Abigail," he told her. "Not beyond small talk, anyway. And I've seen you commit cold-blooded murder. So I'll be your guest, if that's okay?"

He quirked an eyebrow at her and took another sip of beer as she turned back to him. "So where is your Mom and everyone?" he asked. After all, they hadn't been in the other day during the bug-fiasco, and unless they were cowering in a corner or behind a sofa somewhere they didn't seem to be here tonight.

Lydia's smile turned smug at his words. Oh so he liked a girl who could kill, did he? Er, well, kill bugs that were stalking her into a sleepless frenzy anyway. She perked her eyebrows and slumped a bit more against the wall, her shoulder coming to press against his lightly.

"So you like them dangerous girls, hm? Oh, out antiquing, like basically that show American Pickers? My mom kind of does that and Phil, my brother, gets dragged along. Except they find more high end antiques and stuff. Like everything in the temple is stuff that actually dates back to forever ago, some passed down through the family and some we got in Greece."
