What: Rhiannon checks out books from the library and talks to Alice.

Where: Sublevel 2, in one of the bunkers
When: Today, in the morning.
What: Rhiannon vents to a friend about living in the Lock. The friend tries to be encouraging. This is quite possibly the dorkiest thing I have ever written.
