Agent Quill was slipped a list by an agent of the Rising Tide that listed out 900 individuals in the local area who are possible White Event unknowns.

Our team has started work in contacting but even if they are aware, once the Rising Tide publishes them these people that makes them subjects to HYDRA's recruitment and targets for the media circus.

I've been able to confirm the authenticity of this list, which does mean if the Rising Tide is collecting it that it is only a matter of time before these people and more are made into a public spectacle.

Unless you are on task already, I request assistance.

No, you're right. SHIELD isn't capable, but Tony Stark is. He's done it before, and he's doing it right now. Far as I can tell, it's done already.

If those names are grouped together -- even partially-- on any device outside of the selected SHIELD servers, it'll be targeted and corrupted. And no, he's not going to miss one. And he'll know if it shows again. So if they want coverage they will need to make photocopied lists of names and hand them out at subway stations.

And like I've said, this isn't meant to be a long term solution. This will destroy this list, it protects these 900 people temporarily, but infiltration and misinformation is the only way to discredit the source, which is what I've heard you and Skye are going to be working on?

	He's good, sure. He's not perfect. Because no one is. I think its a mistake to assume even he can wipe anything off the internet and make sure its gone. I don't think anyone can do that completely and I think its arrogant as hell to think we can. Yes we're working on that. This side of things, this is what I'm good at. Is it arrogant to say a baseball player is good at baseball? It's not an assumption. It's something he can and has done numerous times. He has technopathic capabilities now, it's not just a matter of codes, hacking and algorithms. I've seen him make photos disappear from existence, and wipe lists of registered superheroes out of existance. He can delete things from his own brain he's so hooked up in this stuff. We're not talking about intelligence or talent here -- he had a superhuman ability to communicate and command technological interfaces.
