	I think it was more of a novelty thing that tourists did, not anything New Yorkers do so it won't have much of an impact except on the jerks who hurt those animals. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	It depends, really. Special occasions or maybe when you've got family visiting. Those are the only times I remember ever using them, and those are only a grand total of three. It's unfortunate for the drivers who will lose their jobs, though I've lived here long enough to know that it won't be as quick and problem free as the mayor wants it to be.
