This is strikingly similar to the KGB: you're taken without warning, they have projectile weaponry (high velocity metal! Not as precise as phasers, and they don't have a stun setting), they ask you questions they already know the answers to, and you're set up in separate housing from the rest of the world. KGB is Russian of course and wouldn't hold people in Moscow or St. Petersburg, but I don't remember where the Americans put the Japanese; I believe that was on the other coast. It's so quaint here with cars and subways and so much pollution in this city. Whether it is our reality or another, as they said, we've irrevocably altered it now; the people here are different, not just us here. Commander Spock's point about realities was proven last time. I suppose they would have told us, if they were willing to, but no major issues have developed from any of this?
