So, hi. My name is Daisy Johnson. But I hear a lot of you already know that because I've been here like, what? Two times. Most recently I was here for almost a year. This is what I've learned from the nice people who are asking me to stay in one place and wait out 'quarantine'. Which, okay.

This is real, right? This isn't the framework. If we were friends before, I hope we can be friends again. If we were not friends before, um. Blank slate?

Not too bad. You missed the fireworks, but there's a carnival that's still in town. I haven't checked it out yet, but it seems fun.

It's a pretty small town in Texas, so you have to travel if you want to go anywhere fun.

Yesterday was the Fourth of July. I went out for a while to see the fireworks, but drunk people like to make jokes when you have a British accent.

Maybe we'll have a late celebration when you get out. Ha. Sounds like something they'd do here. I also know some of them aren't my biggest fans when I talked about their football.
