I think that fear lingers in the back of all soon-to-be mother's minds. Mine and Luke's mother died in childbirth so it's not completely unfounded. Still, most women and children survive. She spoke to me of their experience before, and I'm going to let her tell me every fear she's got. If nothing else, it might help to put words to it.

Are you getting feelings from the child? Or is the child reaching out to you? Everything is connected to the Force, and if you're able to read it, it just means that the baby is growing. If it's reaching out, then that's a whole different story.
