Perhaps not, but I sense your upset. He was with you when no one else was — here and at home. It must be difficult to have the one constant in your life removed.

I mean, I shut him out a lot because he was a ghost, so I dunno. Was less about him, more about the others. I just knew he'd be there when my head cleared up a bit. He didn't even really want to be one of us. But you know. No one gets a choice when your overzealous father tells you do fight crime or whatever.

It's hard to say. I never really wanted to be what I was. Dad was Dad. The worst. I'm just glad he wasn't my biological dad. The bone structure alone would have been disappointing.
