Honestly, longest dream/super exhausting sleep. You wake up after essentially experiencing whatever period of time you just got updated for. It can also come with the physical update. So, for my brother, he was a few inches taller, longer hair, bigger muscles. Me it wasn't as big a deal. But it's still like yep, yep, definitely physical update. Mine came with bruises.

Essentially you're synchronizing two versions of yourself, you here and you back home. It's weird.

It's hard to convey how weird. Yeah, I'm all right. I have a healing pokémon, so immediate care for the most part. And it's nothing I haven't recovered from before.

Comfey is generation VII. I don't think Pokémon Go has reached that yet. Probably have a few more years.
