She's put the 1760s on full display, hanging all manner of French style dresses, corsets and even wigs around the the various mingling rooms of the house. The French style dresses tend to be lighter colors, lots of pastels with bows and ruffles.
And Charlotte may have been polite over the net, extending her warmest invite, but in person she's much more disarming. She'll get a feel for the crowd first, but will encourage bawdy, rowdiness late into the night.
Besides mingling, there are tables for card games. These aren't quiet affairs like today. Games are meant to be watched, and the people playing meant to converse and goad one another on while they drink. It's as much about the conversation as anything else.
No judgment if you end up somewhere in her house passed out. There are plenty of chairs, nice rugs, floor space, the stairs and empty bedrooms for that sort of thing. Assuming she's not still passed out somewhere, she'll send you off with a sweet goodbye in the morning and thank you for attending her party.
