When were the elections again to appoint council members? I must have missed it.

[Natasha Romanoff]

What's your deal?

I'm not a councilperson for you. I'm a councilperson for the town. I represent my neighborhood, not the collective of the Displaced. Would you like the documentation and everything I filed when I was running for the position? It's all a matter of public record, as anyone who runs for any public position knows and understands. I'll be happy to get it for you.

Again, this is not a council for the Displaced. I make no laws. I simply advocate for what the people in my council want. How do their tax dollars work for them: do they want more green space/parks? The potholes repaired over the tearing down of an old building and the like.

I live in this town so you may as well be my council person. Who else would I go to if I have an issue with something? How can you be a councilperson for the town but only represent your neighborhood? Who represents my neighborhood? Where do I find this information because it's obviously not readily available.

Isn't Tumbleweed basically people who are the displaced? You keep talking in circles. And I bring us back to the original question: Who's all in this council?

I'll find out for you. What council do you live in? Take a look at the map and let me know.

No, there's almost 25,000 people in this city and approximately 300 Displaced.

Council 3. Don't you think each council person should be more active in their district? I wasn't even aware about this until today.

Didn't know that either.

Another question. Who do I go to to ask about that he hell is up with Fort Neil Military Base?

I'll be honest with you. Most people don't know who their councilperson is because only 12% of people turn out for those elections so I'm honestly not surprised. Jerry Hoover is your representative, but he's up for reelection in two years.

The last thing I've seen is this and temporary patroling schedules for the portal.

So the federal and state government is okay with the displaced taking over the base now? Something smells fishy and it ain't me.

I don't know. It's officially listed as closed in the systems here, so I would recommend that you speak with Natasha Romanoff regarding this.

Right. Officially listed as closed but the actual government occupying the building when suddenly they disappear and the federal government is going to not doing anything? Sounds fake, but okay.

Yeah. I've seen her post on the network. How was she brought into the position she's in now? Another election I missed?

From what I gather, she was hired by the military and went in for her shift and found it deserted. You'd have to ask her for anything more. I don't know anymore than you do.

I'll be awaiting her response then.
