[Elsa Bloodstone, Warren Worthington III, T'Challa, and Natasha Romanoff]

Natasha and I have met and come up with a basic schedule as well as various positions we believe we will need to make the Resettlement Bureau a success.

Here is the projected plan for this resettlement process.

Here is the projected jobs that will be needed in order to run things smoothly.

Please let us know what your thoughts.

A little over 50 staff, then.

Why only 35 hours with resource staff on-site?

We considered resources to be more for helping people settle in after the initial shock of arrival has worn off. They do not need to be on call 24/7, but available to answer questions and give help throughout the week. This allows for weekends and weekday availability.

One thing we have noticed is that throwing all of the information at new arrivals at once is very overwhelming. They'll still be given the initial pamphlet that Ianto has made but this way they can return to get more information provided to them as needed.

Makes sense. It looks fine to me but I know shit all about legitimate employment.

That's alright. As a prospective investor I wanted to give you the same information.

So about $3.5M/yr in staffing costs including benefits.

What sort of rennovation and equipment deficits are you looking at?

That is the amount we came up with as well.

Renovations and equipment deficits would include:
  • Repairing the hallways, doors, etc from the attack
  • Upgrading computer equipment
  • Digitizing old files
  • Update medical but any serious injuries would be sent to the local hospital.

Do you have a number for the renovation and deficits? Or are you still getting bids?

Still considering bids. Though if we can make the repairs and upgrades through Displaced run businesses that would truly be the best way to go.

The third point feels like to could be done by kids for free if you could get a school to offer an internship.

I'm sure we can work something out with EPS to make that happen.

I am working on finances right now. When I have a better idea about what I will be able to commit to this, I will have a firmer figure for you.

I agree with Mr. Worthington that some items may be able to be done through internships, but I firmly believe in paid internships. Especially if the students in question will be EPS students.

    Thank you.

I believe they should be paid as well. As much as I would like to include those attending public school that can lead to entirely too many questions from the administration there. The last thing we want is accidental exposure.

I don't think there's any way we could use public schools.

If you're opposed to the EPS, we could maybe consider university students with airtight NDAs, but keeping it in the displaced population still seems preferable.

I've no issue with working out a system with EPS. I think that will be the safest bet for all of us.

I can have my guy look into what we'd need to do for paid internships for kids. Maybe it'd be a stipend of some sort?

Perhaps we can offer after school jobs for the students not at EPS, if you did want another idea. But I'm confident in your ability to work the details out.

Once I have my finances together and have a look at your bids/final decisions on the renovation contracts, I will feel more confident about the figure I give you. But I feel comfortable transferring over $150,000 to start, to contribute toward opening expenses. Unfortunately I cannot do more, as most of my money is not yet liquid.

I would like to see a breakdown of how that money is spent, but that can be done at your pace.

I would still recommend not tying it to anything school-related unless it's with the EPS. I don't want THS or the school board getting a closer look at what we're doing here. If they get suspicious, there's no telling who else.

But for Displaced children who go to Tumbleweed High, we can figure out some sort of offer for them. As they said, a stipend or some sort of compensation.

Whatever you come up with that is fair and for the best has my support. You would know better, as I have yet to familiarize myself with how close the scrutiny of the public and local government is here.
