	You should hold onto what you've got currently but I'm aiming to at least have my core people on staff within a month. Quidditch has to be the priority though. That's where we're going to turn profits. I've got some ideas and was thinking we could have a get together soon? See if you and Charlie got some input or better notions? I'll offer dinner and beer.
