	Wakanda's technology is not so easily separated from Wakanda's culture. It is not simply handed out to foreign imperialists who see it as nothing but another tool to increase their own power at the expense of our people. We are trying now to build relationships with those from other countries, but we are not one of your vending machines. Please remember that we have only had the space to develop so much because we managed to hold off the grasping white man who so thoroughly pillaged our neighbours of anything of value. If you can learn to keep that in mind then I would be glad to share ideas with each other.

Nothing throws a wrench in technological pursuits quite like bureaucratic entanglements. To say nothing of the complications added by the legacy of the imperial grind.

I have a messy history with my own government and their pursuance of my work. A legacy of collaboration begun by my father. ~~And it got my mother killed.~~ You are wise to keep your cards close to your chest.
