They really need to work on their welcome wagon in this place, cause listen: I don’t know where anybody else came from, but in my neighborhood, if a guy grabs your arm and sticks something into it? You deck him and hope whatever it is don’t slow you down much. I could only manage one outta two, so hopefully my brothers’ll still be proud. Wherever they are.

Speaking of, where the hell am I? Besides the obvious, of course.

I get that they were doin' what someone told em to, seeing that they're not real and all, so I guess it don't make sense to be too mad at em. I'd like to meet the fella who made em and taught em manners, though. I'm betting I could teach him a thing or two.

Yeah, I heard. Can't say that sounds like the kinda place I wanna visit. Or that I get why anybody'd wanna ride around of a boat for anything other than just gettin' from one place to the other. And I mean, if you do, I'm not gonna stop ya, but why drag me along without even askin'?

Uh, no. Never had the money or a reason to travel to Europe, what with the war being on. Still don't have the money now, but I probably still wouldn'ta bothered even if I did.

Not that I'm not glad for a vacation, but I do have a life I'd like to not leave for too long. I've gotta audition next Thursday, and I'm feelin' pretty good about it, you see. Even if I had no plans, though, I don't much like being held somewhere against my will, no matter how fancy it is.

	Which war? Technically what I went on wasn't a cruise but a trans-atlantic trip. There weren't nearly as much entertainment options as there are here. I don't think anyone likes being held against their will. What were you auditioning for? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
