	Technically, I can manipulate visual wavelengths and light to render myself, or another person or object invisible. I can also create force fields, or shields if you prefer, and create constructs, as well as simulate telekinesis by manipulating the wavelengths to affect other items. 	Not at all. It's all guided mentally, by my concentration. I can't hold things indefinitely unless I maintain my concentration - though over the years I've managed to work on that so I can hold onto it for quite a while, and maintain multiple fields at once.
