This ship is a little too fancy for my tastes, but I won't complain about everything being free. I hope they have a very large food supply, with the portions they're giving out.

AVA AYALA + ALINA

Sorry to have missed you last night; Alina and I were exploring the ship. I was told you will be sharing our cabin. I'm Mal.

I haven't quite gotten the taste for it either, but there seem to be quite a lot of people who take it very seriously.

If you rely on caffeine for energy, I'd imagine so. I've just gotten very used to functioning while exhausted.

We grew seaweeds in Atlantis that had similar effects. I doubt they exist elsewhere, after thousands of years of selective cultivation.

Seaweed, really? That's fascinating. I've never heard of such a thing.

Usually there is very little plant life so deep, but we have a long history of scientific discovery. I don't think it's a coincidence that my mother is a scientist as well.

Perhaps you'll be able to go swimming in this ocean and discover what plant life it holds.

Oh, no doubt. Perhaps not too much exploring while the ship is moving, though.

Indeed. Even the jump off the ship seems dangerous.
