If we're including "all the displaced", Stark might be reasonable to bring in. But I'd get an NDA.

Let me run diagnostics on it. If nothing else it will help with transporting material.

I'll look into including him after I get the water situation settled. The younger one is at least less of a pain than the one we know back home.
