Hey guys, so I know it's late, and some of you may have other plans already, but Nico and I are going to try cooking and maybe some of the other Demigods - anyway, we were thinking we might do a Thanksgiving at our place so if you don't have someplace, or if you want to drop by, let us know and we'll make certain we have enough food.

	Maybe, but it's not even about that. It's just awkward when you realize you're the only one not celebrating something more than anything. I'm glad you'll be with Ahsoka. Your grandmother and I separated some months ago and are no longer married. I'm not ready to tell you the full reasons why. Unfortunately, being around her would endanger her and all of you. I'm sure you've been able to sense how frequently and suddenly the dark side has overwhelmed me. Until I am better able to handle that, I can't put my family at risk. When she is there, I can't be.

But some other time, yes, breakfast or something else.

I'm not sure you owe me an explanation Grandpa. We all want the best for everyone here, you, and Grandma, and everyone, if you're making choices that keep you in a better place, then I support that. I think we all would.

Maybe? I mean, there might be a few holonet references on there as I remember them too.

I don't know if it's important, but the point is that I realized something on Vjun, that it was that the choices we make every day matter when it comes to the light and the dark. You know what your dark side looks like. I've had visions of what mine could look like. And for me I realized facing it head on and choosing light is an every day thing. It's not some sort of arrival point.

So I'm kinda rambling and also I might have it wrong, but that's what I've found so far. Anyway - I do support you.

That's a good point. I do understand some of this world's references thanks to Nico, but I think maybe I'll consider some of my favorites from home.
