How many warnings were made about not feeding Mogwai after midnight? About not getting them wet>? Leaving food around and letting Mogwai out unsupervised at night is negligent at the very least, and has created a great threat to the residents of this town.

You're right. It's a threat. But at least she said something instead of just letting it slide. And what's done is done - so either you can actually help to stop this from becoming a bigger problem or you can berate a kid for making a mistake. I'm going with the first personally but hey if you want to keep being an asshole that's on you.

If she had let is slide, then I would consider that criminal behavior - knowing that she's possibly unleashed a potential threat and remaining silent. I'm not going to gloss over the danger or her negligence, kid or not. She said she would be responsible to take care of the creature, that she would follow the rules, when obviously she was not responsible. I am angry because I have a right to be.

And for your information, I'm busy now, looking for the creature, along with a team of others. We've also built a containment unit to house the Mogwai that people have wisely decided not to keep themselves, and are guarding them in case an accident happens, so don't go accusing me of doing nothing.

I'm not interested in pleasantries when you've potentially jeopardized the safety of others because of your negligence. You haven't lost a hamster from its cage, you've created a circumstance where a destructive creature might be on the loose.

These are the same sort of people who, a couple days ago, swore they'd be responsible following the rules, even after repeatedly warned what would happen if they were broken. After all the warning, they still were negligent about the time, not knowing where their Mogwai was located, and having food laying around for him to eat.

I'm glad you've kept your Mogwai in a safe place, but if you don't have the time to properly watch him, then why keep him at all?

I never said I was an authority. I've been busy trying to create a safe space for the Mogwai to stay because I don't want a disaster to happen.

That could've easily been fixed. We had people who didn't know us question what we were doing and we showed them our containment unit, explained what we were going to do.

I'm not continuing this conversation because I promised Rogers I wouldn't press the issue any more.

I would also strongly suggest that if you know of any other 'kids' who are keeping Mogwai, that you ask them to bring them to the containment unit, since they may listen to you.
