There are flying monkeys. I think I'll be staying inside for a while. Anyone have any idea where the heck they came from?

There are stories on Earth that have flying monkeys in them. Most people learn about them as children. I think... I remember they might have picked up the characters and taken them to the castle. In the book. Maybe they're doing the same thing here.

I'm not familiar with these stories. I really hope that's not what's happening!

I'm not very good at them either. They're mostly for children and young people.

We have stories back home, but growing up we mostly focused on our apprenticeships. These stories don't sound very kid-friendly.

Yes the stories confuse me sometimes. People say that normally children are protected from violence and horror but their folklore stories are full of it.

In my world we have enough literal monsters, that the nice, happy stories are a welcome change.

Monsters, I am familiar with. Including the ones that like to hide behind soft eyes.

Yeah, I'm familiar with that kind too.
