Our friends in the military seem to have backed off due to whatever we did to change the timeline. But I worry we're one incident away from things escalating again. I don't know how many ticking time bombs we have here. So I'm wondering if we might make ourselves useful. When If someone loses control and makes a scene, we're the closest thing to a public relations clean up crew this place has.

I propose we offer our services to wipe any human minds clean in case of an incident. We'd have to make it clear that this isn't some excuse for everyone to act a fool, but to be used only in the case of emergencies. It's my hope that if there aren't any witnesses to post stupid things on the internet, the military might not swoop in and detain our people.

Thoughts?

[Erik]
Are we still plotting dark deeds in the event of military nonsense?

You get one chance here, so save your cute commentary for later, kitten. Are we capable of being civil and working together?

I agree with you. I also think that we should plan for emergencies. Perhaps we could reach out to the leaders of the larger groups instead?

Even among our own people, we cannot vouch for everyone's control. To say nothing about some poor teenager with destructive powers suddenly showing. Or of something with less than pure intentions trying to set off some trouble.

We can never vouch for everyone's control, but responding to the rare occasion of someone's power accidentally causing issues or even someone deliberately doing so is not quite what you've suggested we do.
