So as it turns out my sleep paralysis demon was a real dude named Kai and he met us there and helped with the ritual. Crocid came back too, so that was cool. I haven't been able to contact him since I came here, though. Did you find Tourmaline? He seemed like he missed you a bunch.

But no really, those runes were lifesavers. Thank you, Preacher.

More than a friend? We need to talk about that. Sort of? We got him back but he's still bound to Ginvorous. They're sharing custody of the body, I don't know much else on the matter.

Oh? Fascinating! Sidian told me that he'd sealed Crocid's hammer there, so I sort of new you'd run into him. It doesn't surprise me that you can't contact him, Tourmaline couldn't contact me until I got here either. And yes! He prayed to me and we talked.

Of course.

Interesting... From what I could gather he's like Alwix, a being that's not a god and not a fiend.

Either way, glad Crocid's back. He's been granting me stuff, but my hammer is still locked in the facility. If you see him, tell him I'm sorry and I hope he's not offended in any way. Where are you and Tourmaline staying?

I'm afraid I don't know. My knowledge of Ginvorous is rather limited. My mom didn't really tell me much about Alwix or Ginvorous. I do know that Ginvorous is rather unspoken among the Gods.

Why do I feel almost thankful...Preacher's definitely the best of the lot, guess we got lucky.

Oh! Yes! Tourmaline is here, but he's staying in the city. Eight months, can you believe it? Also Lazuli is here, and Umber is too. Ginvorous is being a head stowaway, for the forseeable future.

So, questions.

First off, there's something I really need to get off my mind. Preacher, God of Knowledge, I need you to take a look at this bagel. It hasn't grown any mold, and I--well, I suppose I forgot when we were at your Library. It's become something of a mascot, but I was wondering if it had any--ah, magical properties.

It gets tempting smelling it all the time. It still looks fresh-baked.

What is the deal.

Oh? A bagel that never molds? If it is still fresh-baked even after having it for a long time it sounds like something Kunzite made. Kun's the God of Cooking, what ever he makes personally never spoils. Last I heard of him he was in Coverberry! But he moves around, so I'm not sure... I should have invited him to the library... I haven't seen him in a while.

Thanks, Preacher. This round little piece of bread has been vexing me like you wouldn't believe. Does Kunzite have four arms, by any chance?

We're not sure why Ol' Thorns and Nightmares came along or if he had a choice. I'm also curious, do you know if the gods sent us here? Or anything about the portal, really...I don't get the sense that Ginvorous had anything to do with it, but you never can be too sure. smug, incorporeal window-creeper...

No it wasn't us that made the portal. Besides, if it was one of us, I would have known by now. Most of the gods aren't exactly quiet when it comes to achievements or plans which is why Celeste was such a surprise...

Bit of a relief? That's good at least! As for your other questions, I don't know, I'm still at the facility. I would like to live with Tourmaline, but we will see when we get there!

As for big developments, no. Crocid returned to the pantheon, but I didn't really see him. I was spending most of my time with Obsidian or looking for Tourmaline.

I'm writing in my grimoire! They took the rest of my belongings, but I can summon my grimoire at will, so I told them it was silly to take it to begin with. Tourmaline told me of the networks in his prayers.

Um... You can try. I am no God of Luck though. But where there's a will there is a way! I'm still figuring out exactly where I fall on terms of my power level!

Dear Preacher,
I pray for the knowledge of how to replace the magnetron chamber. I pray that the multitude of parts which I have deemed redundant and rewired to my liking shall not be dundant, that the knowledge is sound and that my actions will not hamper the microwave's further capacity as an miniature chamber of that which is known as "radiation". And that it shall not spew such microwave radiation forth unwarranted, nor cook us in our skins and create lightning in this household. Preacher, I pray this to you.

I'm glad you're able to summon your grimoire back. The facility is very...grabby about things. Though the networks are loads and loads of fun. You seem like you're adjusting well. Tourmaline's been worried about you.

I am the God of Knowledge and Learning from my home world! I also called by "God of the Pursuit of Truth, "Born of Knowing", Patron saint of scribes, scholars, inventors, artificers, children, schools, students, scientists, the arts, and anyone who wishes to learn". I have a lot titles... And I didn't really ask for any of them?

Other than that I'm not really sure how to elaborate. I am a god of knowledge, it is my purpose to help educate others and watch them grow!

We seem to have shared a role in our homeworlds as patrons of knowledge. Education and knowledge is often overlooked in the pursuit of other virtues, and such an outlook has led to the preventable suffering of many.

In a sense. My original domain is Illusion, however, I hear the prayers of those seeking knowledge largely because I inherited Lumiel's job after the Cataclysm and am most known for the academies I have established in Elysea. Education and instruction is something that I would consider a passion of mine. I would be most interested to hear your insights from "Allotail" on the nature of learning and information.

Regrettably, misuse of knowledge is something that my world is quite familiar with. You have my sympathies.

I have no doubts that you will join us soon enough.

I'm most known for the Grand Library, which I maintain with help from Tourmaline. You may have met him, he's one of my closest disciples. My actual domains are Knowledge and Life, but I'm also prayed to for a lot of various things. I would also love to hear your insights of your world!
