Amy was so sure that she was dead. Being dead was surprisingly warm, actually. Being dead was surprisingly warm, and actually kind of wet around her feet. She sat up quickly, opened her eyes, and if this was Heaven - or Hell, it was actually more likely that she was in hell - then Heaven looked an awful lot like a beach. Weird. She wiggled her feet a little, staring as the waves lapped over them gently, and she could definitely feel the water around her ankles. If she were dead, surely she wouldn't be able to feel things right?

"Doctor?" She yelled as she stood up slowly, stretching out as her joints ached and cracked from too long spent in one position. She winced slightly, rubbed the back of her head and took a moment to really take in her surroundings. She was on a beach, with a weird stone mountain out in the waters near it. There were trees that eerily reminded her of the oxygen factory on Byzantium, and that alone was more than enough to convince her to stay away from them. She walked long the beach slowly, looking around for signs of life as she plodded through the sand slowly. She took off her waterlogged shoes after a few metres, slinging them over her shoulder and holding onto the laces.

"Doctor? Doctor are you there?" She shouted out again as she moved closer to the trees that met the sand. She stood by the edge, looking around carefully, but didn't go in. She had spent enough time with the Doctor to know that a dark scary forest meant trouble, and while trouble usually attracted to her, now that she was on her own again she felt much more apprehensive. The thought terrified her, and more importantly triggered her very stubborn side. The Doctor was not the end-all be-all of her life. She could make it just fine until he found her again. He always did, after all. She straightened up her shirt, sucked in a quick breath for some kind of courage, and then walked into the woods with one purpose: to find some people, and get in contact with The Doctor.

"Aliens? Well, I'll believe you on aliens if you believe me on vampires." Sookie smiled at her. "Come on, I'll walk you to the village, so you can see who's who."

She grinned when Bjorn, the polar bear, walked over and head butted her. "Hello, Bjorn." She kissed his head and smiled at Amy. "This is our resident polar bear, I don't know where his elven friend is. He usually translates everything for me from the bare."

Sookie did a quick scan with her brain of Amy, just to make sure she was human.
