Illyana "Magik" Rasputin [userpic]
Genosha; Night Time [Open]

After dropping Jenn off at a bar, Illyana had gone back to the citadel. She just wasn't in the mood for drinking and bar fights tonight. Her temper would snap and she would probably end up killing someone. That would end up pissing off Magneto and Victor, and that wasn't something she wanted to deal with tonight.

Instead, she found an empty room in the citadel and decided to work on some sword moves. She warded her circle so that nothing could escape from Limbo and out into Genosha. That would be another one of those things guaranteed to piss of the bosses.

When she was ready, she opened a disk to Limbo and waited for the first demon to get brave enough to come through.

Genosha, Evening [Open]

Illyana had needed to get out of the Citadel for awhile. Too many people there seemed to be in foul moods and for someone like her, it was sometimes way too tempting to mess with them. Considering that Victor was one of those who seemed to always be in a foul mood lately, she had decided that playing with people's heads around him would be a very bad idea.

Look, she may be unquestionably loyal to him, but she wasn't dumb enough -- nor insane enough -- to welcome his undivided attention when he was like this.

She left a message for Jenn to let her know where she was heading -- and okay, she left one for Damien, too -- and made her way down to the beach. To be honest, today she wasn't looking for a fight. She just needed to get away from all of the emotions that were just too damn tempting for her to mess with. Darkchylde was too close to the surface and she didn't need that right now. She wasn't in the mood for it, and she knew that it would probably be frowned upon for her to just toss those that annoyed her into Limbo.

This would be why she soon found herself sitting on the sand and watching the waves come in as she tried to center herself.

Jennifer Stavros [userpic]
Genosha, afternoon; Open

Jennifer Stavros liked being useful. So it stood to reason that she didn't like inactivity. She found ways to keep out of trouble, though -- well trouble on the island -- since causing too much trouble on the island wouldn't do much to endear her to the people who let her be there in the first place.

And at the moment, since she wasn't useful, she was leaving the citadel. She usually checked in once a day -- once every other day if she was busy -- and if they needed her, great. They hadn't today. That left her to her own devices.

The only real friend she had was Illyana, and while Illyana could always be counted on to entertain Jennifer or at least point her towards entertaining herself, she wasn't sure where the other girl was.

Shrugging her shoulders, she ran a hand through her hair as she made her way towards an exit.

Genosha -- Open

Illyana wasn't the type to just sit around and complain when she was bored. She also wasn't the type to wait for something to happen. She usually went looking for trouble or for something to stir up when she was feeling restless and antsy.

However...

She had enough respect for Magneto and for Victor that she wasn't about to purposefully piss them off for no reason. The people here were off limits (for the most part) for her games, so she had contented herself with a visit to Limbo to check on her realm. It was unfortunate for a few of the demons that she did because she caught them trying to organize a coup.

That didn't go well for them.

Most of her boredom alleviated, Illyana used a stepping disk and left Limbo to once again return to Genosha.

Jennifer's residence on Genosha, late afternoon; Attn: Illyana

Jennifer Stavros did not do boredom well, which was why she was pacing around the living room of her small house like a caged tiger. She needed to get out, do something, maybe cause some trouble. She hated sitting still. She didn't even need to be stirring up anything big -- especially on Genosha, since she didn't think it would be taken to very well by anybody in authority -- but there were still plenty of ways a pretty girl could get into trouble.

Sighing in disgust, she stopped pacing abruptly and flopped down on the couch, picking up the book that'd been sitting on the coffee table for something like a week, still open to the last page she'd been reading. Jennifer clearly was not a big reader most of the time.

Or, y'know, ever.
