	The travel. Seeing distant places, that kind of thing. I joined the Army after school partly because of that. I'm going to guess that gets really frustrating. Because there are hundreds of versions of the stories, isn't there? And just the truth. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	We didn't start recording anything until this network was started, and even that's just what everyone wants to say on here. When we first got here, we were too busy with other things. I don't think any of us stopped to think that we should record it for the future. (Reply to this) (Thread)

Cramped. There weren't a lot of opportunities to have a better life than the one we'd always known. Not unless you were some sort of science genius, or mechanical genius. Everyone had jobs to help keep the Ark running, and they weren't all great. The population was limited by law, since we only had so much space. We'd never felt grass before. Never had fresh air, never felt the rain.

I liked imagining what their lives would have looked like, where they lived. It was nothing like anything I'd ever known. They invented so much during that time. The early philosophers had a lot to say about politics and ethics, and how society should run.
