ARRRG. I've fallen off the face of the earth. The good news, I've found my way back. So. Hey guys!
Bee here with her last one! This is Fleur Weasley, the lovely wife of Bill Weasley! She's currently working for Gringotts in the Loan deparment as a loan advisor; sometimes she'll serve as translator when needed. Bill and Fleur have three adorable little kids: Victoire, Dominique and Louis. They still like in Shell Cottage just outside of Tinworth and generally apparate to and from work. Vic's their eldest and just turning five in May, Dominique will turn three in July and little Louis' first birthday is at the end of this month!
Most of Fleur's life revolves around the little ones and her family. She may not know too many of the people from school, as obv. she's from Beauxbatons, but she had been living in the UK for the past 10 years and will likely have come across most people either at Gringotts or through the Weasleys. Anyway, Fleur is mostly friendly? A bit too honest and probably still a little too blunt. Not sure what else tosay, so her profile's here

Hello everybody! My name is Cee and I'm going to be bringing the ever-so-charming Terry Boot into the game. (I know, so exciting! :]) What should you know about Terry? Well-- he's a Muggleborn wizard for one thing, so some aspects of his life involve the Muggle world/Muggle culture. He was in Ravenclaw house when he was in Hogwarts and a member of Dumbledore's Army-- so he'll most likely know all those folks as Terry tends to be a very friendly sort of bloke. He missed his 7th year at Hogwarts for obvious reasons and is currently almost finished with his Healer training at St. Mungo's. He works as a Researcher in the Research and Development Department there and he absolutely loves it. Go ahead, make fun of him for being a lab rat, he dares you!
Um. Other than that, I suppose most people who went to school with him would remember him as being a particularly nice bloke, very charismatic when he wants to be. I'm Lori and I'm bringing you the frequently anxious and occasionally goofy, Anthony Goldstein. I'm excited to be joining what appears to be a very active and well written game and I look forward to playing with all of you.
Anthony works as a research librarian at the library in Diagon Alley and lives in Roseglen Apartments. So any former housemates, former DA members, former prefects, current neighbours and anyone he might have with contact through work (send him an owl - he'll find what you're looking for!), please let me know. I can't wait to work on some great backstory.

I think the icon pretty much sums it up. I am flat out exhausted. We're in the middle of a huge transition at work and it's pretty much eating me alive so I'm taking a mini-hiatus from most things RP. [I say most because I've discovered that I can only go about twelve hours without doing SOMETHING .....]

Okay, officially back now
I know I’ve been posting and stuff, but I finally got internet installed, so now there’s no worry of sudden drop or disappearance. Having said that, I apologise to anyone if I’ve gone and dropped any threads; just let me know, and I’m more than happy to pick them back up!
Also, Mandy or Susan could really use stuff to do, if anyone needs them for anything? Gwen’s okay for the time being, but she wouldn’t mind harassing her friends some more ;)

Hello fabulous people. Stars here, bringing you the delightful Padma Patil. To sum her history up quickly:
Came from a really strict household - her father was a former British informant during the Indian revolution, and places a lot of value on class over blood purity. She rebelled against her father while at Hogwarts, largely in part due to her crush on Ron Weasley, even if he is a git with the emotional range of a teaspoon. She and Parvati are pureblood and were thus forced to attend their seventh year, though their father wanted to pull them out of the school. She fought in the Battle of Hogwarts, didn't sustain any major injuries. When her father came to pick her up after he had access to the school again, she defied him and stayed, and then, in a really big act of defiance to her parents, cut off all her long, curly, luscious black locks. Did well enough on her NEWTs to apply for a job at the Ministry, they redirected her to the Dept of Mysteries, where she works as an Unspeakable. All she can tell you about that is that she works with trying to understand how prophecies are made. She lives in the London area in a flat she shares with her cat Shadow, and Mandy. And right now she's resisting her mother's attempts to set her up on dates with 'mother approved' men.
She's a lot quieter than her sister, and doesn't buy in to all the Divination stuff that her sister does, but the two are still very close. She doesn't let a lot of people in, and many find her cold and unapproachable, though once you're friends, she does warm up. She's a very blunt way of speaking and she doesn't like small talk. But she is very nice and kind and sweet once you get past that. She cares nothing for blood - or class - but again, she was raised in a strict household that favoured class over blood, so her family probably knows most all the purebloods, but if you're a half-blood with high fortune or something, Padma's family very likely knows you as well.

Here by popular(ish) request - The 8th Floor OTA!
The process is simple. Prompts are listed below the cut. Simply comment to claim a prompt, then set up the thread within the day. Make sure to list the Who: line as "[your character] and OTA" and put the prompt in the What: line. Someone will tag into your thread and then you'll both be off! Hurrah!
And please, if there's a lot of these going up, see if there's someone you can play with before setting up one of your own. This isn't fun unless people respond, after all.

Hey guys! Emily here with Meaghan - and I should be here more often in future, since I suddenly have a lot less on my plate and more time to concentrate.
Also, I've changed some of her information. She's now 30, a few years younger than she was and closer to other people in age. She's also a former Ravenclaw, not that this changes her personality much. I've played her as one before, it pretty much just makes her more interested in the arts. (Random, I know.) And on that note, she's also in the Committee for the Preservation of Wizarding Culture, so if anyone else is or knows someone who is, there's another possible connection. She's still Keeper for the Prides and Scottish and rowdy though, so not too different!
Also, anyone who brings me a Charlie Weasley will have my undying love and affection, and Meaghan will give him a hug like in this icon.
