Each character has a color-coded identification card. Blue cards are issued at birth to all citizens and starting at age five photographs are added that are updated every year when school photos are taken. When a child manifests a power they are required to report to the local SHIELD office, where their powers are evaluated and assessed, and they are issued a new green card to indicate their changed status. Most characters will, therefore, have green ID cards. Adult mutants will be issued yellow cards, non-powered adults receive orange, SHIELD agents red, and regular military is brown.

Please provide us with a link to a 100x133 photo of your character, of a type which would be appropriate for an ID picture. Also provide us with their first and last name, their state and city of legal residence (wherever their parents live if they're still in their legal custody), their birth date, a brief summary of their powers (no more than 2 lines, which we will edit as needed to suit) and a six digit number (if you do not wish to choose, we will provide one for you). We'll add the mutation class (most PCs will be transitional, meaning in the process of being trained) and status (limited - can't hurt a fly, uncontrolled - no control of their powers at all, moderate - some control, or controlled - complete control) based on your bio and use this information to fill in the card and give you the code to post in your profile.
