We do have some notes, though. First, a really minor one - can you change her years at school to reflect her years at SF and NY separately? That's really meant as an at a glance reference for people to know if they should have known a charrie forever. Since you use it in the bio we wanted to make sure you remember that as the game world is set up 'mutant' is considered a slur in the United States and being powered is more and more something parents hope for their child. We assume Jubilee's parents being surprised is partially their Chinese heritage (b/c we're very open to powers being much less accepted in other parts of the world, though they'd probably be careful about being PC). Also, the fact that they apparently knew she was a 'mutant' from birth: we never addressed this specifically in the rules or the IC information, but while it's possible to test for the presence of the gene that gives rise to powers it's not possible to tell if it will ever become active, so there is no way to know if an individual is going to be powered until they actually manifest. It's also a very expensive test, but as Jubilee's parents are obviously loaded that's not an issue at all, nor is having gotten her into the SF school, as they obviously have the finances and connections to arrange for that. This is all just something we wanted you to be aware of, and that we'll probably add to the game information now that it's come up.
