You've got to fight for your right to party
Who: Liam, Rand, Savannah, Max, Jayne and anyone else attending Mercy the night of the riot
What: A riot and utter chaos
When: Sunday, around 1 A.M.
Where: Mercy
Warning: Violence and likely a lot of cursing
The mob was large outside of the club. Several dozen ignorant bastards ranting and raving about the immorality of supernaturals and how the club shouldn't even be open because of the evils of the 'inhuman' creatures they catered to. They'd been there most of the night, since the club had opened and Liam was more than a little tired of the bullshit. The mob was getting bigger, likely because the bastards were calling their ignorant friends to join up with the cause that they believed they were fighting for. Liam glanced out the window from where he was standing near the few bouncers at the doors. Though there were security members out there holding the protestors off of the property, he didn't feel that that was good enough. Keeping everyone safe in the club was his number one priority at that moment. The way they were pushing at the security crew outside, he knew he'd have to bring in the big guns.
Turning his attention to the bouncers at the entryway, he let out a breath and walked over to the one taking cash from late club goers. "Okay, that's it for entry tonight. No more people need to be coming in. I think we have enough liability without dealing with more people in the club." Turning his attentions to the few patrons walking in with hopes of entering, Liam flashed a smile and held up his hands. "Sorry folks, no more entry tonight. You just go on over there to Marcie and she'll give you a ticket for free entry next time. Sorry about the inconvenience."
No sooner had he uttered the words did he hear the first cry from outside. "I'll kill you!" Liam all but growled as he made his way to the window again and glanced out in time to see the mob pushing past the security and rushing some patrons. "Rand, I'm gonna need you outside with all the security and all the muscle you can find. Now." He'd have to call Savannah and get her to start the process of closing the club down and rounding up the patrons until they could be safely escorted out. "Call the police on your way. This is going to get out of hand real fast."
