For those who don't know yuletide is a yearly fic exchange for small/obscure fandoms. I would very much like to offer and request State of Play as one my choices this year to write and receive fic in. To do that, I need to nominate and have it accepted on the list. I'd also recommend joining both yuletide and yuletide_admin, the latter so you get all the updates on posting deadlines and such.

yuletide is already an awesome experience, but think how much cooler it would be with this amazing fandom included. (Not to mention any other tv shows/books/plays/movies, where you've always wanted fic and never seen any.)

The characterisation was somewhat inspired by the epiphany I had reading mikes_grrl</lj>'s fic about how Cal isn't necessarily the whiter-than-white character that I'd made him out to be in my mind.
