Tommy laughed at his dad's questions. "Uh, not quite the moon, no. I think the highest we managed was... maybe 24 miles?" He picked up a screwdriver and indicated a little sensor attached inside the nosecone. "That's linked with JARVIS, he records the altitude and velocity and a couple of other things, and it helps with getting them back when they've landed as well. Sometimes we'd put little cameras onboard as well and film the whole thing."
He started laughing quietly after that and put the screwdriver down. "I wish I still had all my data, I could show you this video. There was this one time where Banshee found the rocket as it was coming back to earth. Uncle Jake wasn't with him, so he couldn't tell him what it was, but it must have had our scent on it so he knew not to hurt it. He grabbed it in his mouth and tried to bring it back here, but the parachute was deployed, so it kept pulling him back... It's, uh, funnier in my head, right?" Tommy was used to people not quite getting his sense of humor.
