Dean growled softly at the mention of the boy's name. He wasn't too thrilled at the moment. He didn't like being manhandled, by a kid. But he played it off as a grunt. Tugging the plate closer to him, so that he could pick at the chicken a little. He didn't want to seem too enthusiastic.
"Go ahead babygirl. I promise I'll stay." He knew that was probably what was keeping her. Or the thought that maybe her... boyfriend was coming back. It also gave her the chance to go find him if she wanted to. So she didn't feel like she'd have to sit and babysit him.
