Sook had patched the unknown man up and set him up somewhere where he could recover, letting Bruce know to check in on him every day or so, in order for her mind to be at rest. The threat of running out of time on her door was looming though and she wanted so badly to stay there. But when her friends around her were struggling, there was only so much she could ignore. She'd felt exhaustion from Jake for a couple of days, more than her mind could handle with the barriers she had up. It broke her to see Jake so exhausted and a little sad.
She peered from her bedroom window and saw him back in the Avatar again, shoulders slumped with exhaustion as he trudged back to Banshee. She'd noticed a change in Banshee too, the fretting and panicking and everything about him was different.
But maybe, just maybe she could help.
Bill and her together had saved Tara from an honest to goodness Maenad's influence. Maybe if she and Jake combined his bond with her mental capacity, she could calm Banshee enough to stay with him while Jake rested properly.
Sook raced downstairs to the foresty area near the house, keeping her distance and her eyes away from Banshee like Jake taught her to. "Hi." she said quietly
