Rebekah had been thinking a lot lately, mostly about how lonely she was. It hadn't been so terrible when Klaus was just as miserable, but now he had his little hybrid, something that infuriated Rebekah. She'd lost the man she'd been loyal to for a thousand years just because of those hybrids and she might not ever get him back.
Hearing the knock on the door that signaled Elijah had arrived, Rebekah pulled herself from the chair she'd been curled up in and moved towards the door, her maxi dress swaying against her long legs. Rebekah took a breath and twisted the knob, slowly pulling the door open and peering out at her handsome brother. She couldn't help smiling--he might have made her angry at times, but Rebekah still adored her and he was the only family she had here that cared for her. With that thought, she couldn't help wrapping her arms around his waist in a tight hug, her cheek pressed to his chest.
