Bruce had grabbed everything he thought he would need to look after Calleigh but he was a little in shock himself. He worked with her a lot and he hadn't seen any worrying signs this morning but he couldn't rule out anything, knowing her medical history and what she'd been through with this pregnancy. Bruce slung the bag over his shoulders and ran, knowing that if there was internal bleeding, he might not have much time.
It took him only a minute to get there in reality but it felt like so much longer. He liked Calleigh. He knew Calleigh. And now he was going to treat her with the detatchment he had to have. Bruce pounded on the door, panting a little from the exertion, before deciding to just barge in, announcing himself, "It's Bruce!"
