Bruno / Dan - lunchtime
Overall, Bruno was happy with how the morning had went. People seemed to be genuinely curious, and so far no one had panicked or accused him of anything creepy. There were many blessings about the space station.
It had been a long time since Bruno had performed so many readings in a row. In his younger days, before people avoided him, this was a common feature of the marketplace. He'd always strived to push himself to answer everyone's questions in one day, and then felt weak for having to take recovery time. So worn out, he'd have been tormented with involuntary visions in the seclusion of his tower, left to deal with it on his own so that he wouldn't upset the family. Julietta was different. She always checked on him.
And now, here was her daughter taking her place, stepping in to protect him at the first sign he was slipping and over-doing it. It was heart-warming, and he'd squeezed her hand and quietly said his thank yous, even though he knew they weren't necessary.
Afterwards, he'd patiently answered Arcturus's questions about the accidental prediction. He was just glad that no one was angry with him over it.
It was done. He could relax, eat, and try to enjoy being around others again for one of the first times in so, so long. He filled a plate for lunch, took a cup of the sweet tea and sat down on one of the cushions to eat while still being open to any conversation.
