Who: James Cobb
What/Where/When: After his release from the jail cell
Warnings: Not likely
Status: OPEN
James wasn't sure he wasn't dreaming. He hadn't ever experienced anything quite like the prison before, but he supposed it could happen. And it was more likely a dream than reality. He didn't have his totem to tell him one way or the other.
But the door was open, he was free to go. If only he could find the energy to push himself forward. He'd been so cold for so long, trapped in a tiny prison cell. He was almost afraid to step out of the confines of the cell. At least inside he knew what to expect.
But he didn't want to get locked inside again. He knew, dream or not, he wasn't going to survive much longer. So he picked himself up and forced one foot in front of the other.
He found the pile of belongings. A lot of phones, and various other things. Some of the items, including a poker chip, had been pushed aside. James made a grab for the chip, afraid someone might swoop down from somewhere and take it before he could. "Eames.." he murmured. He saw his own totem not far away, and grabbed it too.
Phones. He needed to find his phone, and maybe Eames' phone too. He saw his father's phone and wanted to stomp on it. He resisted, and continued looking until he found both his and Eames' devices.
With both phones and both totems, he started back toward the cells yelling Eames' name. If his things were here, he must be here too, and James wasn't going to leave without him.
