The lobby of the hotel is mostly unchanged, other than the furniture all being pushed to the edges of the space to make an impromptu dance floor. There's a small stage set-up on one side, during the first half of the night there is just a computer there, it's set to auto-play a variety of music but there is also the option for guests to play a specific song jukebox style.

One another side of the room there are food and (non-alcoholic) drinks set up. Everything is catered from through the door and it's mostly finger foods, appetizers, and small tapas-style plates, everything kept warm on electric warmers. It's enough for a meal if someone wants to sit down or they're all easy enough to graze on through the night. The drink station here is all non-alcoholic and features waters, sodas, and a few custom punch mixes.

Separated from the main food/drink setup is a bar table. It is well stocked with basically an entire bar's worth of liquor, various mixers, fruits, and garnishes. There is a mixed punch here too, this one spiked.

About an hour after most people arrive, Richie and Eddie will start gathering up anyone close to them and directing them into a smaller meeting room off of the lobby. Once in there they'll find what is basically a small wedding setup, rows of chairs lined up with a small altar at the front. (The doors to this room won't be shut at any point, so even people who aren't close to Richie and Eddie would be able to see or sit in if they come across it) Richie and Eddie will renew their vows in a small ceremony led by Loki before leading everyone back out to rejoin the party.

Once they get back, the "DJ station" will be pushed off to one side of the stage and a karaoke machine will take front-and-center. The food tables will be condensed and one replaced by a dessert table, featuring a cake, a couple of pies, and a candy buffet.

The food tables would be taken in once most of it was gone, and Richie and Eddie would wander off sometime after midnight, but the rest would be left in place as long as people want to stay.

Danny nodded, and tapped out a cigarette for himself. Part of him marvelled that his hands weren't shaking - the flies always unsettled him, especially when they were on someone he already liked, so he fought hard to keep from reacting. But he needed to get horrendously drunk now. Maybe he could ask Ritchie to get him something stronger than vodka. Fuck, he'd drink Everclear from the bottle right now if he didn't think all the adults would freak out.

"When is it for you? It's just turned 1990 for me. Do you mind if I-" he asked, even as he lit up. "What other music do you like?"

"I'm not too far behind you!" Ritchie exclaimed, a little bit thrilled by finding someone so close in a time, which was a concept he wouldn't even have understanding a few days ago. He didn't even answer when Danny asked if he minded, just gave him a little wave as if to say go ahead. "I'm from '88. Have you been here ages?" he asked.

Ritchie was just tipsy enough that he wasn't even going to bother to filter his music tastes to sound cool, like he might've under some circumstances. "Oh, God, all sorts. I like Blondie, and Joni Mitchell, and Kim Wilde. Queen, Pet Shop Boys, Bronski Beat, Joy Division, lots of stuff, really. I even do a mean Barry Manilow to please the smalltown pub crowd," he added with a chuckle.
